We are searching for an enthusiastic and energetic people focused Club Manager to manage our Hills District Club!

The full-time role requires the successful applicant to be available for shifts during our staffed business hours which could stretch from Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will possess strong people skills and a highly developed communication and interpersonal skill set along with the willingness to support our member-focused values.

As the Club Manager, you'll be required to:

Management of the club and its staff/ PTs;

Managing everyday club operations;

Achieve KPIs and sales targets;

Create a GREAT club culture;

Create Anytime Fitness brand awareness within the local community; and

Develop and implement marketing and sales plans.

To succeed in the role you will need to be:

Passionate about health and fitness;

Hands on happy to take on the small tasks as well as the big ones;

Be flexible in your work practices;

Understand how to drive the performance of a team to meet targets;

Caring and supportive of members and your team;

Strong administration skills;

Exceptional at communicating both written and verbally;

Great with people and have exceptional customer service skills;

Highly organised and have a high level of attention to detail;

Excellent with computer-related and administrative tasks;

Experience within the fitness industry is desirable but not essential;

A clear Police Check and Working with children check will be required from the successful applicant.
