Paediatrics Occupational Therapist Positions | Graduates and Team Leaders Apply
Location: Western/North-Western Melbourne
Salary: $85K–$120K + Super

We’re currently working with several highly regarded paediatric therapy providers in Western and North-Western Melbourne looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join their teams.
Here is a summary of a few of of the opportunities we currently have on offer:
Option 1:
Overview: Join an established, medium-sized multidisciplinary organisation comprising of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Psychologists serving children aged 0–12 in-clinic and the surrounding community.
Role: Work across both clinic and community settings (typically 3 days in-clinic, 2 days in the community) to support children in developing key life skills—including fine and gross motor coordination, sensory processing, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and self-care.
Perks: Along with a $1,000 annual personal development budget, this organisation is committed to helping its clinicians develop their skills by providing regular in-house clinical supervision and quarterly external professional development opportunities.
Flexibility: The organisation prides itself on offering flexibility to accommodate therapists preference. This includes offering the option to work from home for report writing along with working in different locations as required. There is also the option to work Saturdays for additional pay if this is something of interest to you.
Salary: $90,000 + Super
Option 2:
Overview: A paediatric therapy service that delivers evidence-based interventions for children aged 0–12. Primarily clinic-based with some community visits aligned to client goals, this well-established practice fosters collaborative care designed to maximise each child’s developmental potential.
Role: Step into a team leader position who can maintain their own caseload whilst also mentor, support and supervise a group of 4 - 5 junior OTs. Assist children with their fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, social and self-care skills.

Role: Work within a collaborative, clinic-based environment with the flexibility to tailor your caseload across paediatrics and adults, depending on your interests.
Perks: On top of a generous $3,000 annual personal development budget, receive ongoing 1:1 in-house professional development and mentoring from senior clinicians. Additionally,
Salary: $85,000 + Super + Performance bonus of $200/week for every 2 additional clients
