🧡 What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality nursing care and support to aged care residents

Assist with medication administration and management

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team on care plans

Monitor and document residents’ health and wellbeing

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies

Promote resident dignity and independence with a person-centred approach

Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture

👩‍⚕️ What We’re Looking For

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

Experience in aged care or similar healthcare setting (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisation and time management

Commitment to person-centred, compassionate care

Team player who is reliable and punctual
