About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumber to join our growing team at iFixit Plumbing Services P/L. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to both residential and commercial customers in the Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas. This is a full-time role.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and malfunctioning fixtures

Install and maintain new plumbing systems and components, including pipes, taps, toilets, and water heaters

Provide emergency call-out services to customers, responding quickly and effectively to urgent plumbing problems

Maintain a high level of safety and compliance with industry regulations and standards

Communicate clearly with customers, provide cost estimates, and ensure a positive customer experience

Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the plumbing team

What we're looking for

Formal plumbing qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Plumbing)

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
