About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across three sites in Narangba. This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for team management, operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple sites, including receiving, dispatch, stocktakes, inventory and pallet control, and ensuring compliance with WHS procedures and standards

Lead, coach, and support a team of 3–4 warehouse staff to foster a safe, high-performing, and positive team culture

Coordinate daily workflow, rostering, and task allocation to meet operational demands and deadlines

Drive improvements in freight handling, stock management, and order turnaround times to maximise efficiency and service quality

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain operational reporting, and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the management team, to ensure smooth coordination across departments

Support all client-related warehouse requirements, including stocktakes, inventory accuracy, and delivering a responsive and professional level of service

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics best practices

A track record of leading teams with a hands-on, safety-first approach

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A focus on continuous improvement and achieving operational KPIs

Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

A current LF Forklift Licence and Manual Drivers Licence
