The role

As an Associate Facade Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, analysis, and implementation of facade systems for a variety of building projects including new and existing buildings. You will collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure that our facades not only meet aesthetic goals but also comply with structural integrity and environmental standards.

Looking after a team of 3 to 5 Junior Engineers and Designers this superb opportunity requires solid technical acumen and the ability to manage junior staff and run projects.

The Responsibilities

Design and develop facade systems as per performance requirements.

Conduct technical analysis, simulations, and calculations to assess facade performance.

Collaborate with architects and other engineers to resolve design challenges and optimize solutions.

Prepare detailed specifications, drawings, and reports.

Conduct site visits to oversee facade installation and ensure compliance with design intent.

Participate in project meetings and present design concepts to stakeholders.

The requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

8 years + experience in facade engineering

Proficiency in relevant design software

Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
