What you'll be doing

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Providing support with household activities like meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
• Accompanying and transporting clients to appointments, social activities, and errands
• Monitoring clients' well-being and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
• Engaging clients in social activities and fostering a warm, friendly environment
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar care-giving role
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
