HVAC Tradesperson – Full Time

City Mechanical Group is looking for an experienced and driven HVAC tradesperson to join our growing team. This is a full-time role working on quality commercial projects across NSW.

We want someone who brings more than just technical ability — we’re looking for a reliable, can-do technician who takes ownership, solves problems, and takes pride in their work. If this is you — we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

Install, commission, and service HVAC systems including ducted, split, VRF/VRV, and mechanical ventilation

Interpret mechanical drawings and ensure smooth project delivery

Liaise with site teams and project coordinators to keep things moving

Maintain safety and presentation standards at all times

Train and support apprentices, leading by example on-site

What We’re Looking For

Qualified HVAC tradesperson with ARCtick and White Card

Minimum 3 Years experience as a tradesperson and in commercial mechanical installs

Confident running jobs independently or as part of a team

Ability to guide apprentices and uphold high workmanship standards

Strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving mindset

Driver’s licence and own basic tools
