Our client is seeking a highly capable and experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of the Digital Licensing Phase 2 Project. This foundational project involves replacing a legacy Licensing system with Salesforce PSS. As a Scrum Master, you will act as a servant-leader and agile coach, empowering a cross-functional team, including an external Vendor team. This role requires hands-on team support, proactive obstacle removal, and mentoring teams to embrace Scrum methodologies to achieve sprint goals.

ROLE
You will:

• Facilitate key agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide and mentor development teams on agile principles and best practices to build high-performing, self-organising teams.
• Help the team to avoid or navigate roadblocks and interferences that may hinder project progress.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and report findings to the Project Manager.
• Work with the Product Owner, especially on backlog grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

You are a proactive and dynamic individual with a proven ability to build strong relationships and engage teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about fostering continuous improvement.
Key Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting agile teams.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide teams through agile transitions.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to engage all stakeholders.
