We’re a locally owned and operated business based in Townsville, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for two qualified Refrigeration Technicians who take pride in their work, are confident on the tools, and want to be part of a team that backs each other.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be working across a wide range of domestic and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems — installs, servicing, breakdowns, and diagnostics.

We’re not here to micromanage — we give you the vehicle, gear, and support to get the job done right.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Full ARCtick Licence (Refrigerant Handling)

Restricted electrical Licence

QBCC Licence

Manual Driver’s License

Construction White Card

Solid fault-finding skills

A professional, reliable approach and good customer service skills

Willingness to meet relevant vaccination requirements (if applicable)

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED BUT HIGHLY REGARDED)

Forklift, EWP or Working at Heights

First Aid & CPR

Q-Fever Vaccination

Experience using simPRO software
