We’re seeking a Level 3 Licensed Building Certifier who is confident, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step in their career. If you come from a commercial background, that’s okay too—but our heart is in residential!

About the Role

Conduct building approvals and inspections for residential projects only

Perform on-site and virtual inspections (office-based setup)

Liaise with builders, developers, and clients to ensure compliance with legislation and codes

Most jobs are within 1 hour of the office

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

What You’ll Need

Level 3 Building Certifier licence (QBCC) – Essential

Residential construction knowledge and assessment experience

Ability to interpret plans, codes, and the NCC

Strong communication and time management skills

Confidence in using online certification platforms and reporting tools
