About the role

Mulitple permanent opportunities to provide contemporary evidence based consumer/patient focused care, in collaboration with the interprofessional health care team to facilitate optimal health outcomes for the recipients of healthcare services and undertake delegated activities while assuming individual accountability for actions within the position and context of practice.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Apply clinical nursing expertise, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to deliver a high standard of consumer/patient centred care.
• Support an evidence-based learning environment and participate in learning activities/opportunities for self and others.
• Demonstrate clinical skills and problem-solving relevant to the care of consumer/patient within the RBWH Service Lines.
• Utilise communication processes and systems which enhance consumer/patient care delivery and unit functioning.
