We are seeking a dedicated Trade Assistant to join a prominent Australian supplier of Hydraulic and Industrial Hose and Fittings, Driveshafts, and Universal Joints. This is an exciting opportunity to work across automotive, mining, and agriculture sectors, where you'll be responsible for the manufacturing and repair of industrial and automotive driveshafts.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete jobs efficiently with detailed job cards

Operate the driveshaft balancer and other machinery

Use tools for maintenance and repairs on automotive, mining, and agricultural equipment

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring quality standards are met

Handle hydraulic hose clips and other fittings

Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a trade assistant or similar role is advantageous

Familiarity with machinery operation and maintenance procedures

Ability to work with tools and hydraulic systems

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

A proactive, team-oriented approach and reliability
