The Role
To ensure effective total stock control within on-site and Government Reserve Explosives Magazines and Warehouses for all raw material components. Arrange transfer and material status control for components of all explosives and non-explosives products to the assembly areas and to internal and external customers both domestically and off shore within the SAP controlled environment and with required delivery time frames
Other key responsibilities include:
Ensuring compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations
Perform and be assessed as competent in all areas pertaining to the receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of all items of stock including items classified as hazardous.
Perform general tasks as assigned by the Material Distribution Team Leader, including housekeeping and 5S is maintained to the required standard.
Positively contributing to a Zero Harm safety culture, including involvement in Take 5’s, JSAs, policies & procedures to ensure compliance with applicable HSE Performance Standards
What you'll bring
You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high performance culture
A good understanding of requirements of stocktake / cycle counting and pick/packing is desirable
An open drivers licence (essential) and Forklift licence (or ability to obtain one)
QLD Security licence (or ability to obtain one)
Most importantly, you will have a thirst to learn and undertake training to meet requirements required to excel in this role

Our facility in Helidon, South East Queensland, benefits from a strategically convenient location near the Warrego Highway, offering accessibility to major freight routes in every direction. Positioned adjacent to the QLD DEEDI Explosive Reserve and just 1km from our domestic freight provider, we enjoy an ideal location for streamlined operations. Established in 1988, our 400-acre site is purpose-built for the safe assembly and distribution of Nonel detonator assemblies, vital for supporting the mining and civil works industries.
