About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to lead the brand's only outlet store on the Gold Coast, located at Harbour Town. As Store Manager, you will oversee a high-performing business and team that sees massive trade, regularly achieving sales targets. You'll be responsible for motivating and leading a team of up to 20 staff, and driving results in a high-volume outlet environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on pace and is ready for their next challenge. Note, this is a 12-month parental leave contract.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Store or Multi-Site Manager
• Proven success in managing high-volume retail or outlet environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate large teams
• Experience managing high stock volumes and back-of-house operations
• Passion for premium product and a customer-first mindset
• Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster (no late nights)
