🧾 Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable, including bank reconciliation and ad hoc invoicing

Follow up on outstanding invoices with insurance companies, NDIS plan managers, and government agencies

Process accounts payable and ensure timely, accurate payments

Calculate service fees fortnightly

Provide top-tier customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Identify and implement process improvements in our finance systems

Apply annual fee rate updates in our practice management system

Collaborate with management to deliver financial insights and reporting

🎯 What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in a similar finance or accounts role

Great attention to detail and confident numerical skills

Proficiency in Xero, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience with practice management software – ideally Halaxy

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

Bookkeeping qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
