ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Youth Program Coordinator, your key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the VETDSS application to enrolment process within required timelines to meet organisational requirements and external partnership agreements
• In conjunction with program delivery areas and the Education Manager ensure VETDSS attendance reporting compliance obligations are met and liaise with schools as required to communicate areas of concern
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, school partners, and other influential education entities to support the objectives of Chisholm
• Represent Chisholm at external existing VETDSS cluster reference group meetings, Local Learning and Employment Network committees, career or similar events and regularly communicate actions/advice from these functions to Chisholm management
• Provide high-quality and timely customer service to a broad range of clients including students, schools, and other education-focused organisations
• Provide student activity reports to support business area objectives
• Within VETDSS guidelines, manage the online application portal and student group set up prior to applications, process applications, preferences, and placement into student groups, identification of credit transfers for processing, re-enrolment of units as required or requested, and complete appropriate documentation

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed organizational skills and work planning skills, indicative of the ability to set priorities aimed at the business areas operational objectives.

Qualifications required for the role:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience; or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical and administrative fields; or a suitable combination of relevant qualifications and experience
