Our client has been supplying mobile phone accessories and peripherals to resellers throughout Australia and New Zealand since 1992. During this time, the mobile phone has evolved into a device that can do so much more than just make and receive calls! We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Pick Packers for a short-term assignment to support our client during the latest exciting technology launch!

About The Role:

Please Note, Short listed Candidates must be available to attend 1 of 3 group interview days, which will be held on the 05/08, 06/08, and 12/08 in Welshpool.

If successful, you will then be offered 1 full paid day of training with our client, between the 13/08 and 29/08.

The Assignment will then begin on 08/09 (Subject to change) and continue for 2 weeks.

Please note, Ongoing opportunities will be offered to those who perform well during this assignment.

Job Description

• Accurate pick packing of products based on order specifications.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure all orders meet standards.
• Organizing and maintaining the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Assisting with stock control, inventory counts, and re-stocking when required.
• Following all safety protocols and company policies.

Skills & Experience

• Available and unrestricted to work up to 38 hours per week, is required.
• Must be available between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• Full availability to work Monday to Friday for the month of September 2025
• Prior experience in warehousing or pick/packing is essential.
• Familiarity with RF scanning
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to repetitively lift and move packages up to 15kg.
• Ability to continuously hit picking and packing rates.
• A good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Reliable Transport
