Manta Performance is a family business celebrating our 50 Year Anniversary. We are Australia's largest exhaust manufacturer, providing Australian made high-quality exhaust systems that meet rigorous quality standards to ensure maximum performance at all times. From our warehouses located in Belmont and Melton, we ship exhaust systems all over Australia and beyond! We are passionate about cars and helping our customers get the best performance out of their vehicles.

What are we looking for?

We require the skills of an experienced Dispatcher who has a high level of attention to detail. Dispatching orders is a pivotal role within the company we require someone who takes pride in their work and sets out to ensure accuracy while achieving goals.

You will efficiently manage the timely dispatch of orders, ensuring accurate order picking and packing, while maintaining professional outwards goods customer service.

Qualifications & experience

Relevant warehouse dispatch experience essential.

Current LF - Forklift licence essential.

WMS Scan pick experience desirable.

Ability to lift 15 - 30kg when required.

Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy standards.

Good organisational and time management skills showing attention to detail.

Proficiency in inventory software & associated warehouse systems is desirable.

Tasks & responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring all stock items are included, orders are correctly packaged, and appropriate freight providers are utilised.

Ensure pick slips contain accurate information. Checking for payment confirmation and the appropriate freight providers are selected. Notify Management of any discrepancies.

Maintain adequate supply levels at workstations and refill stock during quieter periods. Report stock outs on anything that requires ordering.

Provide excellent customer service for outbound goods, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain a high level of communication with other departments and staff.

Other responsibilities include:

Maintain a clean, well-stocked and organised dispatch area to support smooth and efficient operations.

Report any stock discrepancies

Operating and maintaining warehouse vehicles and equipment

Following quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Reporting on relevant KPIs where necessary
