About the opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced digital communications specialist to join our high-performing Communications and Engagement team.
As Senior Officer, Communications and Digital Engagement, you’ll work collaboratively with internal business units to develop and deliver tailored digital engagement strategies and campaigns that support key initiatives across Health Infrastructure. You’ll provide strategic advice and hands-on support to help teams reach their audiences through digital channels including our website, intranet, social media and digital engagement platform.
You’ll manage and continually improve Health Infrastructure’s digital and online communication strategies and channels — shaping how we connect with audiences, enhancing usability, and ensuring our platforms align with NSW Government standards and best practice. Using data and analytics, you’ll evaluate performance and inform ongoing improvements that drive measurable results.
This is a full-time, fixed-term role for a period of two years. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
About you
You’re a digital all-rounder with a strong understanding of government websites, intranet platforms, social media, and content management systems such as Drupal. You enjoy helping others improve their digital content and engagement — and can guide teams through the why as well as the how.
You’re confident in user experience design and in using analytics to evaluate and improve performance, and you're proactive in identifying new tools and approaches that support strategic goals. You’re also comfortable working in a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
