About the Role

We are looking for a Department Team Leader for this established Mackay store. In this role, you will be expected to ensure your department is well merchandised, team success and targets are reached. The ideal candidate needs to be results-driven, self-motivated and have a strong leadership ability to be able to lead and inspire their Team.

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in retail management
• Previous large format, department store experience preferred
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Visual merchandising experience
• Experience with high-volume stock management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
