• 5–10 years’ experience in a senior hairdressing role.
• Strong skills in extensions, blonding, colour correction, and styling.
• Proven experience in team leadership, salon coordination, or 2IC duties.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• A commercial mindset – you understand how to drive KPIs, rebooking, and retail.
• A desire to mentor and elevate junior team members.
