As a Home Care Worker, you will be providing assistance to participants to enable them to live independently in their own home and access the community.

We are looking for reliable, trustworthy, good communicators who are committed to providing high quality, person-centred care to our participants.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting with personal care at private home

Enabling mobility, including moving & handling transfers, Sara Steady, wheelchairs.

Assistance with menu and meals.

Assist participants to fulfil activities of daily living.

Domestic assistance.

Support and assist with participants daily routine.

Reporting & recording as per policy and procedures.

Knowledge and commitment to WH&S procedures

You will need~

NDIS Worker Clearance

Working with Children Check

First Aid Certificate.

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Comprehensive Car Insurance

Drivers licence

Preferred

Experience with personal care, complex care, positive behaviour support, manual handling including hoists, slings, Sara Steady etc or willing to learn
