Our client is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Interpreter / Salesperson to join a well-established, fast-growing automotive retail business. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for the automotive industry, thrives in a customer-facing role, and brings strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct retail and trade sales both in-store and over the phone
• Interpret and supply automotive spare parts and accessories accurately to suit customer needs
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with product displays
• Receive and manage incoming stock, assist with stock control and ordering
• Deliver excellent after-sales support and follow-up
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Work weekends on a rotating roster

What We're Looking For:

• Background in the automotive industry preferred but not essential - parts interpreting, accessories sales, or similar
• Technical mindset
• Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and professional in person and on the phone
• Demonstrated track record of outstanding customer service
• High level of enthusiasm and a team-first mindset
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
• Well-presented, self-motivated and able to work independently
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry and helping customers get the most out of their vehicles
