Three Pound Group (TPG) is a dynamic and growing hospitality company, proudly curating some of Perth’s most iconic venues—including The Camfield, The Reveley, The Stables, The Elford, and Good Company Bar. We’re excited to be adding two new venues to our portfolio: The White Horse in Baldivis and Little Creatures Elizabeth Quay.

Introducing The White Horse
Opening in September 2025, The White Horse is set to become Baldivis’ favourite local—a venue designed for long lunches, family dinners, sporting catch-ups, post-work drinks, and relaxed weekend gatherings.

We’re building something special from the ground up—and we’re looking for passionate, committed kitchen professionals to join us from day one.

What we’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who bring energy, experience and enthusiasm to the kitchen. To be successful in your application, you’ll ideally have:

Previous experience in a similar role within high-volume venue

Relevant trade qualifications in cookery or equivalent (where applicable)

A strong understanding of and commitment to food safety standards

A creative mindset and genuine passion for food and hospitality

Excellent communication and organisation skills
