Masons Refrigeration, Airconditioning & Electrical is a growing, locally owned business servicing the Geelong and Ballarat regions. We are seeking multiple full-time qualified Refrigeration Service Tradespersons with consideration given to motivated 3rd or 4th-year apprentices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become a dual tradesperson, gaining diverse experience across commercial and residential installation, service, and maintenance—from new builds and renovations to office buildings and processing facilities.

Essential Criteria

Full ARC RAC01 Refrigeration Licence required

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

White Card (Construction Induction)

Strong attention to detail and work quality

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Neat, professional presentation

Must have full Australian working rights
