The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team. This role focuses heavily on the servicing, calibration, and preventative maintenance of critical refrigeration equipment. You’ll be working with systems where accuracy and reliability are essential, ensuring our equipment performs to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine and preventative maintenance of commercial and medical refrigeration units

Calibration and fine-tuning of temperature-controlled systems

Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in refrigeration and control systems

Liaising with clients to ensure minimal downtime and top-quality service

Maintaining accurate service and compliance records

Participating in an on-call roster (approximately once every 6 weeks)

Ideal Candidate:

Fully qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (ARCtick certified)

Strong focus on precision and quality workmanship

Comfortable with detailed calibration tasks and long-term system reliability

Experience working independently in the field

A steady, methodical approach to problem-solving

Good communication skills and a professional attitude

Possess a Working With Children (WWC) check.
