Job Description
Plan & Deliver Programs: lead fun, safe, and engaging school holiday programs with input from children and Coordinators
Manage Budgets: work with Finance to align budgets, monitor spending, and ensure cost-effective delivery
Engage Stakeholders: collaborate with internal teams, schools, and local communities to support and grow the program
Coordinate Resources: build and maintain a library of excursions, incursions, and planning toolkits for Coordinators
Evaluate & Improve: gather feedback, report on outcomes, and use insights to make each program better than the last
Qualifications
Relevant Experience: background in education, community services, OSHC, or holiday programs, with experience in project or program coordination
Qualified & Knowledgeable: tertiary qualifications plus solid understanding of My Time Our Place, Children’s Services Law, and National Quality Standards
People-Focused: builds strong relationships, mentors staff, and puts children at the centre of everything
Agile & Proactive: curious, solutions-focused, and thrives in fast-changing environments with a “can-do” attitude
Organised & Accountable: strong communicator with proven skills in budgeting, planning, and continuous improvement
