Australian Vocational Academy is a leading provider of workplace training services in the Retail, Business and Pharmacy sectors. Our organisation recently celebrated 37 years of operations in Australia.

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Sales Coordinator to join our head office team in Springwood, Queensland. This role is full time based from our office in Springwood (QLD) with hybrid options after the probation and training period.

This role will:

Liaise with our existing employer and school clients to support them to engage in our services

Support our employer clients to advertise their school based traineeship vacancies across high schools

Facilitate the registration of new students into our programs

Attend Zoom and face to face meetings with our clients to provide further understanding of our services and programs

Maintain a key performance indicator for new student enrolments and client engagement

Attend school careers days

Secure new business by engaging with industry
