Toowoomba Touch Association (TTA) is pleased to call for applications for a Casual Cleaner / Groundsman.

Reporting directly to the TTA's Operation Manager you will be responsible for the Cleaning of the Club House and facilities, Line Marking using TTA's Robotic GPS Line Marking Machine and also general yard work around the grounds.

The role requires between 8-12 hours a week on average during Touch seasons and the role is suited ideally to either Uni/Tafe students or semi retired looking to keep active in the community and earn some extra income.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Essential:
• Previous experience in Cleaning and or yard maintenance roles are favorable and have a safety first mindset.
• Must have experience in using yard maintenance equipment including Petrol Mowers, Blowers and Whipper Snippers.

• Fit and Healthy as work is manual in nature.

• Excellent communication skills with your Manager and be able to follow instructions.
• Proven ability to problem-solve through innovative thinking when required.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Must hold or be eligible to hold a Blue Card.
• Must hold a current driver’s licence.
• Display a high quality of personal appearance and conduct.
• Willingness to work and be prompt for work.
• Capacity to work outside of normal working hours and undertake travel if required.
• Willing and able to learn how use a Android Tablet for our GPS line marking Software.
