About the Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable cleaning staff to join our team at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) Toowoomba campus. This role offers an immediate start for the right candidates and includes multiple openings.
Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning of college residential rooms across the campus
• Engaging with students in a friendly and respectful manner
• General cleaning of offices, classrooms, laboratories, the auditorium, and gymnasium
• COVID-safe cleaning, including touchpoint sanitisation
• Ensuring all cleaning meets UniSQ’s high standards and expectations
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues as required

Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous cleaning experience (hotel, motel, or yard cleaning) is highly regarded
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to obtain a valid Blue Card and Police Check if successful
