About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fence Installer to join our team at Everguard Fencing . This is a contract position based in South East Suburbs Of Melbourne. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various fencing solutions, contributing to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

Installation of fencing, including tubular, slat fencing and colorbond.

Performing general laboring duties such as digging post holes, mixing concrete, and transporting materials

Maintaining tools and equipment used in fencing installation

Collaborating with the team to ensure projects are completed safely and to a high standard

Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in fencing installation or a related trade

Strong practical and manual skills, with the ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively

Good physical fitness and stamina to perform physical labor tasks

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

A team player with good communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and practices
