About the role

Timrith Transport and Marb Constructions' are seeking a Concrete Truck Driver to join their team in Cairns, QLD on a full-time basis. As a Concrete Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of concrete to construction sites across the region.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating large concrete mixer trucks to transport and deliver concrete to various construction sites

Liaising with customers and construction site managers to coordinate deliveries and ensure on-time arrival

Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain the safety and functionality of the vehicle

Accurately measuring and recording concrete volumes and delivery details

Assisting with the loading and unloading of concrete as required

Complying with all relevant road transport regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence with a proven track record of safe driving

Customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with construction teams

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to ensure on-time deliveries

A commitment to workplace health and safety

Excellent physical fitness to handle the physical demands of the role
