Posted 7 hours ago
We’re on the hunt for a passionate and proactive Venue & Educational Programs Manager to help lead our vibrant indoor play centre and launch our brand-new Creative Kids Club space!
In this full-time role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations at Let’s Play, coordinate engaging programs for children under 10 (Creative Kids Club & School Holiday Program), and work closely with the owner to dream up and deliver unforgettable events, parties, and drop-off activities. You’ll also manage staff, suppliers, rostering, and compliance, all while helping create a fun, safe, and creative environment for our families.
We're looking for someone with leadership experience in early childhood, recreation, or venue management who’s ready to take initiative and grow with us. If you have great ideas, a positive and friendly attitude and love the idea of starting something new, then we would love to hear from you!
About Let’s Play & Creative Kids Club
Let’s Play is Canberra’s go-to destination for messy play, early learning programs, and imaginative fun for children under 10. We’re expanding with a new initiative—The Creative Kids Club, a dedicated space designed for drop-off programs, hands-on learning, and school holiday activities that ignite creativity and aid early learning.
We’re now looking for a motivated and visionary Venue & Educational Programs Manager to help bring this space to life, lead our team, and deliver exceptional experiences for our families. If you’re someone who sees opportunities before they’re obvious and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced, kid-friendly environment, we want to meet you.
