About the role

Gold Coast Plumbing and Drainage is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team on the Gold Coast, QLD. This is a full-time position where you will work alongside our expert team to deliver high-quality plumbing services and reporting to insurance and commercial customers across the local area

What you'll be doing

Performing plumbing installation, maintenance and repair work on a variety of plumbing systems and fixtures

Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues, and recommending and reporting on appropriate solutions

Adhering to all relevant plumbing codes, regulations and safety standards

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the plumbing business

What we're looking for

Completion of an apprenticeship in plumbing or a relevant qualification

A current QBCC plumbing license and registration

Several years' experience as a qualified Plumber, preferably in a commercial or insurance work related setting

Strong technical plumbing skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues

Excellent customer service and communication skills

A reliable, team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently

A focus on safety and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

Experience within the the insurance industry (highly regarded)

Experience with CCTV, thermal imaging cameras, audible leak detection (highly regarded)
