What will you be doing?
This is a dynamic hybrid role supporting both stock management and visual merchandising - blending your love for structure with your creative eye. No two days are the same.

You will:

Manage daily back-of-house operations including stock intake, organisation, and replenishment

Ensure stock accuracy, loss prevention, and clean stockroom standards

Support visual merchandising execution in line with seasonal direction

Maintain store presentation and styling standards to luxury level

Work closely with the Store Manager and VM team to interpret the brand's vision

Assist in floor moves and weekly visual updates

Who are you?
You're from a retail background, with a strong attention to detail and a keen sense of style. You're organised, proactive, and ready to step into a specialist role where you can grow.

You have:

Experience in a premium or high-volume retail environment

A love of organisation, systems, and supporting store flow

A creative eye and strong attention to presentation and detail

A desire to move into Visual Merchandising or Operations

A collaborative, positive, can-do attitude

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
