About the role

We are looking for a enthusiastic and friendly Phone Tech/Sales Assistant to join our team at Mobihub Phone repairs and accessories in Morayfield, Queensland. This is a casual position of around 15 to 20 hours weekly

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their phone and accessory needs

Demonstrating and explaining product features to customers

Processing sales, handling cash and card payments

Maintaining a tidy and well-organised store

Restocking and merchandising products to showcase them effectively

Working collaboratively with the broader retail team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, ideally in the phone/tech accessories industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide friendly and helpful service to customers

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Enthusiasm, reliability and a positive, can-do attitude

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
