About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter/Hydrostatic Testing Technician to join our team at Process Chemicals' facility in Henderson, Western Australia. This is a full-time position, playing a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our oil and gas pipelines and equipment.

What you'll be doing

Perform high-quality pipefitting work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems

Operating machinery, pumps compressors and generators

Installing, preparation and pressure testing of piping systems to ensure safety, structural integrity and compliance with safety standards

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to troubleshoot and resolve issues with piping systems

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to all pipefitting and hydrostatic testing activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and guidelines

What we're looking for

Experience as a Pipefitter or Hydrostatic Testing Technician in the oil and gas industry preferred

Strong technical skills in pipefitting, welding, and hydrostatic testing

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications preferred

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
