About our Client:
We are seeking Security Technicians to work for a company specialising in customised electronic security solutions for businesses across a range of sectors. They design, install, and integrate systems including alarms, access control, CCTV, and perimeter security, with options for 24/7 monitoring and guard response.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform servicing, maintenance, and programming of electronic security systems
Work with systems including Gallagher (must have), Integriti, Tecom, CCTV, networking, and intercoms
Service and support a variety of CCTV systems including Indigo, Avigilon, Geutebruck, Genetec, and Milestone
Complete system upgrades, troubleshooting, and fault-finding
Work independently or within a team, both in metro and occasional regional locations
Participate in an on-call roster every 6–8 weeks and complete overtime as required
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Comply with WHS requirements and maintain a safe work environment
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in electronic security servicing and maintenance
Experience with Gallagher systems (essential) and Gallagher Certification (highly regarded)
Knowledge of Integriti, Tecom, CCTV, intercoms, and networking systems
Familiarity with CCTV systems such as Indigo, Avigilon, Geutebruck, Genetec, or Milestone (advantageous)
WA Security Installer Licence (essential)
Valid Open Cabling Licence with endorsements
Current WA Driver’s Licence
National Police Clearance and recent Drug & Alcohol test (valid)
Construction White Card (preferred or willing to obtain)
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for occasional regional jobs and after-hours callouts
