Since 1993, Trees Impact has been the only dedicated big-tree grower. We are a compact and highly specialised business and all components are owner-operated and dedicated exclusively to producing semi-mature trees. We are currently seeking willing and able workers to join our hard-working team in large plant production.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Root pruning & potting of mainly large tree stock (200L - 1500L)

Moving of stock around nursery

Preparing orders for dispatch

Assisting with loading and unloading of large trees

Irrigation and staking

Other general nursery work as required

Operating & using a range of machinery/equipment (small tractors and articulated loaders)

Essential requirements:

· Enjoy a physical work environment

· Good attention to detail

· Great work ethic – reliable, punctual, proactive, willingness to learn

· C class drivers license and have your own transport

· Good communication skills and ability to follow directions

· Be prepared to work in different weather conditions

. Ability to be flexible in your role
