About the role

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to be accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of human and material resources, support effective business practices and function as the Team Leader for the ASPIRES: Suicide, Self-Harm and Overdose Prevention and Therapies Team, an Integrated Mental Health Service. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with leaders and teams across MNMH directorate, developing and maintaining partnerships within the community mental health sector, including across non-government organisations, general practitioners, and other services as appropriate.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Provide leadership within a legal, professional, and ethical framework that ensures contemporary consumer/person centred care and staff management practices.
  • Contribute to organisational key objectives and performance indicators.
  • Support the MNMH Executitive Leadership by identifying opportunities to improve resource use, clinical work in collaboration with the interprofessional teams across MNMH to implement changes and service improvement.
