The Role
Programmed Care are a leading provider of disability, home & community care services across Australia.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill a casual role as a Care Consultant in our Victoria Park office (located in WA). Option to work from home 1 day per week is also available.
As the first point of contact with our company, the Care Consultant is responsible for:
- Providing high-quality customer service to all current & future clients & field employees
- Scheduling and rostering of field employees to our clients, creating and maintaining ongoing rosters and managing ad-hoc scheduling changes as required
- Managing our incoming phone line, responding to all inquiries promptly and professionally
- Day-to-day operational oversight of employee and client service delivery, escalating issues and working with the team to resolve them promptly
- Reporting of injuries, incidents and complaints using appropriate business procedures
The role involves significant training and development opportunities and will require a high degree of attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working in a call centre, customer service, allocations or scheduling/rostering role
- Strong IT skills and an ability to learn new systems quickly
- Knowledge of the staffing/labour hire industry is ideal
- Administrative experience
- Experience or knowledge of the disability or health sector will be looked upon favourably
