Seeking Civil Telecommunications Labourers/Truck Drivers

We are a leading telecommunications company in Sydney, committed to delivering reliable communication solutions to our customers. As part of our expanding operations, we are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Telecommunications Civil Crews

Position Summaries:

Rod and Rope - This role will primarily involve working with our Rod and Rope Crews blowing ropes through installed conduits.

Truck Driver - This role will primarily involve working with our Civil Construction Crews picking up and delivery Sand/Road-base/Gravel and tipping off surplus material using a 3t Tipper Truck

General Labouring - This role will primarily involve working closely with Operations Manager and Field Supervisors assisting with all general civil activities.

These positions require physical endurance, technical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a telecommunications labourer, preferably with exposure to rod and rope operations.

The ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure, including cable hauling techniques

Understanding of safe work practices and the ability to follow safety protocols at all times.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with crew members and supervisors.

A valid driver's license and HR

Relevant certifications such as White Card and First Aid.
