About the Role:

We are currently seeking dependable and safety-focused Pallet Repairers to join our client's dynamic operations team on the Night Shift. In this hands-on role, you will inspect, repair, and refurbish wooden pallets to meet strict quality standards. Your contribution will directly support the smooth functioning of vital supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and sort pallets according to damage and repairability criteria

Perform repairs using hand tools and pneumatic nail guns

Replace broken components with new timber parts

Ensure all work meets quality assurance and safety standards

Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work environment

Accurately record production output and report any equipment issues

What We're Looking For:

Recent experience in labouring, construction, or similar physical work (essential)

Full Australian working rights (unrestricted)

Current driver's licence and reliable transport

Proficient with hand and power tools

Ability to pass a full drug and alcohol screen, plus a medical assessment

Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Strong team player with a positive work ethic and reliability
