We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating heavy machinery used for Agriculture. The Plant Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment at our Birchip site, ensuring safe and efficient production.

Responsibilities:

- Operate loaders and other heavy machinery to move materials and maintain production flow

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

- Monitor equipment for any signs of malfunctions or issues and report to supervisor

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment

- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

- Experienced telehandler/loader

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

- Committed to following safety protocols and guidelines at all times

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
