Your Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Development Manager (CDM) to join our Hygiene division in Canberra. This role combines account management with new business development, offering a dynamic and rewarding career path. Full training on our products and services will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of hygiene clients.

Identify and secure new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Maintain a structured call cycle to meet business goals.

Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve growth targets.

Promote the full range of Canberra Hygiene services.

Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activity.

Monitor individual performance and contribute to team success.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or account management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Professional presentation and reliability.

Strong time management and planning skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Tech-savvy mindset – confident using advanced CRMs and digital platforms to manage customer relationships and reporting.

Full driver’s licence required.
