About the role

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We require someone with hands-on experience in deep extraction cleaning (carpets & upholstery) and ideally, tile, pressure washing, or flood restoration.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Thoroughly inspect and assess carpets and upholstery to determine the most effective cleaning methods

Operate professional-grade carpet cleaning equipment and use industry-leading cleaning solutions

Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, meeting client expectations

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Maintain cleaning equipment and company vehicles in good working order

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and at least 2 years previous professional carpet cleaning experience you'll have /be:

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently

Comfortable using mobile/tablet job systems

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks including being capable of heavy lifting

A positive, friendly, and reliable attitude

A valid driver's licence, Police Check, and Working With Children Check - is essential

Previous experience using pressure washers or an IICRC water damage certification would be highly regarded
