About the Company
With a large share of their market, this complex and diverse manufacturing business has a national footprint and extensive reach. With a positive long-term plan in place they are looking for a Management Accountant/ Business Partner initially for a 12 month fixed term who can take control of the usual reporting but add value in supporting the senior stakeholders with insights.

About the Role
This newly created, and much need role will add sophistication to the reporting and enable and influence non finance stakeholders within the business that rely upon detailed insights to support the daily operation and the future projections that make this business a success. Reporting to the Financial Controller:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyse monthly regional P&L results looking at revenue & expenditure, margin performance and drivers

Identification and report on key variances to budget and forecast

Provide monthly management packs with insights and commentary

Partner with operational leaders to analyse project costs and margins

Provide financial input into bids, tenders, and business case development

Report on regional capital expenditure and support investment analysis

Maintain rolling forecasts and scenario modelling

Provide decision support through financial modelling, data insights and scenario planning

Support internal and external audit processes along with the finance team

About You:

CA/ CPA with 5 year+ experience in a similar role, showcasing strong proficiency in reporting, analytics and strong stakeholder skills

Experienced working in a listed business or large complex environment

Strong systems, Excel/ BI skills with a good commercial focus
