Lake Tyers Health and Children’s Services (LTHCS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation, located on the beautiful Lake Tyers Aboriginal Trust in East Gippsland, Victoria.
This Part-time position is .6 to .8 EFT negotiable

About the Role
• Provide high-quality clinical care and health education to clients of all ages
• Work collaboratively with our Aboriginal Health Practitioner, Medical Officer, Allied Health and SEWB teams
• Deliver care that is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and community-driven
• Participate in health promotion activities, chronic disease management, and preventative health strategies
• Contribute to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
What we are looking for
• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• A commitment to culturally safe practice and community engagement
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in primary health, community, or Aboriginal health is highly regarded
• A current driver’s licence
• COVID-19 vaccination status as required by public health guidelines
