- Design management and coordination

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or civil engineering
- Proven industry experience on +$30m in the relevant sectors.
- The ability to report accurately and directly to the PM on the operational and financial success of the projects
- Proven experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contract administration
- Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements
- Work with some of Sydney’s prominent Construction companies!
- Huge pipeline of major projects across Sydney on offer!
- Deliver for projects in the Residential, Commercial, Health, Education sectors
